COACHING COURSES – Updated 3/11/19
The Welsh Federation of Coarse Anglers will now run Level 1 and 2 Courses in areas of Wales where there is demand for them. We will try to hold them where the minimum of time and travel is involved for those participating. The courses have currently been brought up to date.
For anyone interested to have some idea we ran in 2019 two level 2 Courses and 2 Level One Courses in the Treharris area. Ideally we need ten persons for a Level 1 and * persons for a level 2.
Cost is determined by the number of persons who wish to take the course;

Details of the first UKCC Level 2 course to be run in Wales
Please note places are limited to 5, payment secures a place on the course on a first come first served basis.
Days One & Two – 17th & 18th September 2016
Days Three & Four – 22nd & 23rd October 2016
Day Five – 12th November 2016
Location will be in Newtown unless all applicants are from one area. Cost is £745 per person, this does not include travel, accommodation or meals. Clubs can apply to the Community Chest Grant fund to cover all of these costs.
Candidates must have:-
A UKCC Level 1 CCA/ACAQ Certificate OR a Level 1 Exemption Certificate issued by Angling Cymru Approved Centre
A current (within 3 years) Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate of attendance
A current (within 3 years) Emergency First Aid certificate of attendance
